Since 18 i have been kind of obsessed with my appearance and weight, so obviously i joined a gym and it seemed like no matter what i did i could not bulk up, i had protein shakes loads of pasta and rice proteins all sorts and i got a little bigger but hardly nothing to notice, then 10 years later i discovered muscle-tech myo shock hsp. at first i was a little sceptical but i gave them a try first i took 3 as indicated then 7 and i started feeling light headed and out of breath so i lowered my dose to 4 capsules each time and then realized i am caffine sensitive and i had alredy had 2 cups of coffee that morning so i stopped drinking coffee on the days i trained and the results were phenominal now don't get me wrong individual results may vary depending on the individual but if like me you train hard,eat right and use myo shock hsp not forgetting a good intake of fluids you too should see fantastic results it really does do what it says on the tub i fully recommend myo shock.
