Before using for the first time, apply a small, pea-size amount to your forearm to test your skin’s reaction. Once the reaction has been determined, massage a thin layer of gel onto the areas you want to improve such as thighs, waist, hips, buttocks, stomach, and upper arms. Make sure skin is clean and dry. Do not apply to any other parts of your body.
