    When you place an online order, our secure order form requests contact, billing, and financial information such as name, email address, credit card number and billing address. Your contact information is needed to verify that your card information matches your contact information, as well as in case we need to get in touch with you should we have questions regarding your order or should we need to notify you of the status of your order. Your credit card information is collected directly by our payment processors and never touches any of our servers or network infrastructure. The credit card information our payment processor collects is used ONLY to bill you for products you purchase.

  • Do you charge sales tax?

    Every purchase from our store is tax-free regardless of your location.

Shipping Questions

  • How much is shipping and how long will it take?

    During the checkout process, you will be prompted to choose a shipping option for your order which will include the corresponding pricing. Shipping costs are dependent on your location and the estimated weight of your package. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout before your order is completed. All orders over $99 will receive a free shipping option.

    Generally, if you are shipping within the United States, USPS will take 4-7 days. We also offer you the option of upgrading your shipping method for faster delivery, FedEx Ground (3-6 days), 2 Day Express, or Standard Overnight service.

    Please note that FedEx 2-Day and Overnight shipments are only calculated using business days. (For Example, An overnight order placed on Friday before 3:00 will be delivered on Monday.) If you choose an expedited shipping option, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 3:00 p.m. EST to avoid your order processing the following business day.

    Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays within the United States.

  • Package Insurance

    If your order gets lost before being marked delivered or is damaged, we will either replace the damaged/missing items or offer you a refund. (note: ‘Insurance’ does not cover orders that are not received but are marked delivered by FedEx or USPS) (We have a strict ‘FOB Shipping Point’ policy)

  • Delayed Delivery

    Occasionally orders take longer to be delivered than the normal shipping time. These can be due to temporarily lost packages, backups at FedEx or USPS transfer locations, bad weather, increased holiday traffic, etc. On rare occasions some packages may be lost; we require 21 shipping days before an order can be re-shipped or credit is issued. For international orders, we require 30 days and for military orders, we require 45 days.

  • How do I track my order?

    Once your package has shipped a confirmation e-mail with your tracking information will be sent. To follow the progress of your order, follow the link provided in your confirmation email or check your order status when you log in to

    We ship to all US States and Territories, US Military Bases (APO, FPO, DPO) as well as internationally.

    IMPORTANT NOTICE: Customers are responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply to any orders placed in any country other than the United States. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your countries customs office, however, we will ship any product ordered to the address provided.

    The responsibility to check with your country customs offices to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order) to your country lies solely on you. It is impossible to maintain knowledge of all countries’ changing customs laws and regulations.

    Most orders make it through customs without issue, however, if your package is seized by your countries Customs Officials, a refund will not be issued unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Most packages that are stopped are returned to the original sender after a designated holding period. If the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, the responsibility for shipping charges is of the customer. Payment of actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package and handling costs are to be expected if such an issue arises with an order.

    Any duties or taxes that may apply through customs and imports are your responsibility.

    By placing an international order through our website you are acknowledging that you agree to and are prepared to cover the costs stated in the above paragraphs. Although the risk is low and most packages rarely have problems with being seized by Customs as well as almost all products are legal in almost all countries that we sell, it is still a possibility and precautious should be in place for you to know the likelihood of your order being stopped.

Cancelling and Changing Orders

  • Choosing a Wrong Shipping Option

    If you happen to choose the wrong shipping option during your checkout (i.e. choosing FedEx Ground’ for an order being shipped to a military address or choosing ‘P.O. Box’ for an order not going to a P.O. Box) we will correct the shipping type before your order is processed.

  • Returns

    Before returning any merchandise please send or call us with your order number and items you will be returning for a return authorization, so we know that your return is coming. Merchandise must be returned in saleable condition in order to receive store credit. Full store credit will be issued for unopened merchandise returned within 30 days of your order date. We cannot issue store credit if the product has been damaged, opened, and/or used. There are no refunds on shipping charges for returned items. See our full return policy here.

  • Backorders

    We regularly stock every item we carry. Although every attempt is made to maintain an inventory of each product we carry, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this event, we will notify you with an estimated time of delay, your order will be packaged and shipped on the same day we receive the missing items from the manufacturer. Occasionally on larger orders with out of stock items we will send out partial shipments, in-stock items will be shipped out immediately and the out of stock items will be shipped out when they are available. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by the customer for these partial shipments.

    If you do receive an e-mail that your order is on backorder you can reply back and ask for partial shipments.

    Partial Shipments on Backorders

    We strive to keep every item in stock but sometimes factors beyond our control prevent this and the items will go on temporary backorder. If you ordered more than one item, we will occasionally ship the in-stock items that same day. As soon as the back-ordered item comes in we’ll rush to fill your order and ship it out at no extra charge! If you chose FedEx 2nd or 3rd-day air as your shipping type, we will ship out your first package with the shipping method that you chose; remaining back-ordered items will be shipped using FedEx Ground or US Postal Service.

  • How do I cancel/change my order?

    Orders may be canceled or changed if the customer contacts I’ll Pump You Up before the order is shipped. To provide the quickest delivery to your door orders are sent immediately to the warehouse to be packaged and shipped. That’s why it is crucial to contact us as soon as possible with any needed changes to your order. If an order is in transit to the customer, we can not offer a refund; the order must be sent back to us before any store credit is issued.

    An order must be in transit for 28 days before it can be considered lost, at that time notify a member of our customer service to file a claim.

  • When will my credit appear on my account?

    Credits usually take 7-10 business days to post to your account from the time we receive your returned item(s).
