Directions For Use: As a protein supplement, mix 1 level scoop (34g) of INSANE WHEY with 12-14 oz cold water and mix thoroughly in shaker or blender. To dress up your Insane Whey shake by mixing 1 level scoop (34g) in 12-14 oz of almond milk or coconut water, mix in your favorite fruits, vegetables, and super-foods, blend and enjoy! for the best results, spread protein usage between several smaller meals throughout the day.
