No BS Formulation
One look at the pre-workout market and you’ll see that it's completely overloaded by non-transparent products consisting of underdosed prop blends that do next to nothing. Not Broken Arrow! We do not cut corners at REPP Sports. We were completely focused on giving you a pre-workout that can increase energy, enhance mental focus, increase muscular endurance, and provide skin-splitting, huge pumps all at the same time.
There’s a reason why REPP Sports Broken Arrow was recently named the best pre-workout. It provides potent effects that will help you crush your workouts and maintain consistent energy levels. There's no dreaded mid-workout crash or inevitable glycogen depletion that's the result of your intense training sessions.
REPP Sports Broken Arrow Stick Packs was created behind the “No BS” mentality. Here's a pre-workout that will do one thing: give you outstanding results.
L-Citrulline Malate - 6 grams
REPP Sports Broken Arrow Stick Packs starts off with Citrulline Malate which promotes massive pumps and stimulates ATP production for improved endurance. This is a blend of half-citrulline and half-malic acid. Citrulline is a non-essential amino acid that, once it is in the body, converts into arginine. Of course, arginine stimulates nitric oxide production for monster pumps. The primary benefit of citrulline is that, because of better absorption, it does a better job than arginine itself.
Malate, also commonly called malic acid, is a component of the TCA cycle. This cycle creates about two-thirds of the ATP energy used by your muscle when you work out.. (1)
Beta-Alanine - 3.2 grams
Here’s an ingredient that is well-known for its fatigue-delaying effects. It’s an indirect effect. That’s because this compound combines with the amino acid histidine. This in turn creates carnosine. It’s actually carnosine that blocks the buildup of lactic acid which delays fatigue and extends endurance. Beta-Alanine is well-known for another reason - the short-term, harmless tingling sensation. This passes relatively quickly. The benefits of this potent compound outweigh the short-term tingling effects, which is why we dose it at full clinical strength. (2)
Betaine Anhydrous - 1.5 grams
This ingredient is an osmolyte. That means it helps maintain fluid balance in the muscle cells. This increases muscle fullness or cell volume. By attracting water, betaine hydrates the muscles for better performance. Of course, Broken Arrow covers both nitric oxide and water-based pumps! (3)
L-Taurine - 1 gram
You’ll usually find this ingredient in energy drinks and pre-workouts for its cognitive effects. Like betaine, taurine is also an osmolyte, which means it pulls water into your muscles for water-based pumps. (4)
L-Tyrosine - 1 gram
Here’s a very popular and effective cognitive enhancer. It’s a precursor for dopamine, adrenaline, and norepinephrine, three important neurotransmitters. These neurotransmitters are involved in promoting mood, motivation, and cognition. Plus, norepinephrine and adrenaline are involved in the body’s “fight or flight” response to stress. (5)
Caffeine (from Anhydrous and Citrate) - 350 mg
You no doubt know that caffeine is the most popular energy and alertness compound on the planet. It also stimulates thermogenesis and improves performance. (6)
Broken Arrow uses a blend of two types of caffeine:
Caffeine Anhydrous - This form has had all of the moisture removed, making it more concentrated.
Caffeine Citrate - This is a synthetic caffeine combining caffeine anhydrous and citric acid monohydrate. Therefore, it’s 50% caffeine.
CitraFuze - 150 mg
(Citrus aurantium (Standardized for Synephrine), Citrus auranitum - (standardized for Naringin), N-ethyl-L-glutamine, 2-(3,4-Dihydroxyphenyl)-3,5,7-trihydroxy-4H-chromen-4-one)
CitraFuze™ is our exclusive and patented blend of ingredients that work together to increase energy, enhance circulation, and ease stress. This prop blend works with the other stimulant compounds in Broken Arrow Stick Packs to optimize energy.
Alpha GPC 50% - 100 mg
This is a very absorbable form of choline. Alpha GPC is fast-acting and works well with other cognitive ingredients. It enhances mood, cognitive function, and motivation. (7)
Theobroma Cacao Extract (standardized for Theobromine) - 100 mg
This exciting newer compound increases energy, improves mood, and stimulates thermogenesis. Theobroma cacao extract doesn’t have the edge that caffeine sometimes has. Also, it lasts longer and helps even out the effects of caffeine. Finally, there’s a lower chance of the jitters and shakes. (8)
Black Pepper Extract (95% Piperine) - 5 mg
Black Pepper extract is an effective absorption enhancer. How well a pre-workout ultimately works depends on how well you absorb the ingredients. Black Pepper improves absorption of the nutrients it is combined with.
