It's the ultimate sign of respect…
While terms like huge, diesel & ripped are thrown around on a daily basis, Yoked is reserved for the elite… Only the baddest badass in the place can legitimately be called Yoked. If you call someone Yoked who doesn't deserve it then expect to get slapped silly. When you're Yoked, you just look different. Muscles are thick and dense – like slabs of beef. Cuts run deep and look like they've been etched by a jackhammer, while veins resemble a Rand McNally map.
When You're Truly Yoked, You're The Total Package, and quite frankly dudes want to be you & chicks want to be with you.
They Just Kept Saying "I Feel Yoked!"
Every now and then a product comes across my desk that I immediately KNOW is different. Not just a little different, but REALLY different – causing our testers to go crazy! As soon as our guys were saying things like "Man, the pump from these tiny pills is off the charts. My muscles are full, pumped, and hard as a rock. I feel different. I feel Yoked!" I knew we were on to something.
"You weren't lying about those little pills bro. I don't know what the hell you sent me, but this is sick... My arms ballooned up from high-rep squatting...haha... AND I set a damn P.R.! Listen, man... Tell Jacob [CEO USP Labs] this is his sickest creation yet. Speechless bro... SPEECHless!"

The Little-Known "Reverse" Nitric Oxide Pathway
Up until this point, most Nitric Oxide (N.O.) products have relied on the Classic, Old-School Nitric Oxide Pathway, otherwise known as the "L-Arginine-N.O.-Synthase pathway". This is the pathway utilized by compounds such as L-Arginine and has proven to be a decent method to elevate N.O. and give you better gains in the gym and greater pumps. Sure, it's nothing groundbreaking, but it's very popular with lifters the world over and has proven to be a popular pathway among users…
Nitrate-Nitrite What?
Now, on to the really exciting stuff! What if I told you there was another N.O. pathway? What if I told you this little-referenced pathway blows away the classical N.O. pathway in its ability to enhance N.O. within the body, especially for weight training? Would you be excited? Of course, you would!
Well, it does exist and we call this little-known pathway the "REVERSE" Nitric Oxide pathway, scientifically known as the Nitrate-Nitrite-Nitric Oxide Pathway. If You Weight Train – The "Reverse" Nitric Oxide Pathway Is Like Striking Oil In Your Backyard While Planting A Tree. It can generate nitric oxide via several routes that are enzymatic and non-enzymatic, making this pathway, in some respects, a more reliable and better overall way to increase N.O.
Furthermore, this pathway becomes much more important and is favored over the classical pathway in conditions where oxygen levels are much lower and to some extent acidification occurs in a given tissue (i.e. weight training), allowing for vasodilation to occur and oxygen to be transported in these conditions. We can utilize both pathways to obtain very high N.O. levels to achieve a level of vasodilation never experienced before.
The graph above demonstrates two Nitric Oxide Pathways; The classic L-Arginine & the amazing "Reverse" Nitrate-Nitrite-N.O. Pathway
Not Just A Pretty Pump
This increased N.O. and vasodilation may at least be partially responsible for a potential improvement of exercise efficiency by reducing the amount of oxygen and energy needed in the form of ATP and phosphocreatine during exercise and muscle contraction. In short, it may allow you to be more resistant to fatigue and squeeze out a little more during your workouts, whether that's just a few more reps when weightlifting or allowing you to stay in the game a little longer. It's also worth noting that this notion of nitrate increasing vasodilation and improving exercise performance isn't just hypothetical. Several studies have surfaced recently which have demonstrated that nitrate can and does accomplish just that.
So, with this data in hand, we set out to develop Yok3d utilizing both of the above pathways along with other compounds that round out this incredible breakthrough.
Performance Pump
With USPlabs Yok3d, long gone are the days of a hollow, bloated, shallow pump that doesn't do diddly squat for your true physique. Not only can improved performance be achieved, but by causing the levels of vasodilation that it's capable of, one may also increase amino acid and glucose transport into skeletal muscle, potentially enhancing muscle growth and recovery.
It should go without saying that this can also lead to much greater pumps and the feeling of fuller muscles, and it's a much different type of pump – muscles are dense & hard, not puffy & bloated.
Huge Horse Pills No More
Let's face it, no one likes taking huge, chalky pills that can make you gag. That's for chumps! That's why we've made Yok3d so potent that the pills are tiny in comparison to traditional "pump pills".
8, 10, 12 Pills, or More every day?
Yeah, no thanks homie. Yok3d is so potent it's taken on workout days ONLY! Pop a few pills about 90-120 minutes before your workout (more on why this timing is critical to "unlocking" Yok3d's potency) and you're good to go.
On the left is a single dose of Yok3d, taken on workout days only; on the right is a daily dose of a popular "pump" product…which would you rather take?
Crazy Value
You shouldn't have to take out a mortgage to get a pump. It's borderline obnoxious how much some of these pump pills cost! Just like USPlabs is known for, we've built in crazy value to Yok3d so each bottle lasts at least a month, with many users getting an additional week or two more out of it!
You're About To Get Bombarded With Nitrates
Mark my words, nitrate-based products are going to be the "next big thing" shoved down your throat. They will be in everything: pre-workouts, intra-workouts, post-workouts, pre-bed, heck even proteins! Companies will haphazardly combine nitrates in the same product and in recommended stacks, but the fact of the matter is, this is flat-out completely irrational and uneducated application…
Timing & dose is crucial…
You can't just throw nitrates in everything and hope for the best as too much nitrate can actually have negative side effects along with not being as effective!
It's ALL About The Correct Dose For YOU…
In addition to timing of nitrates being a critical factor, the individual dose is also vital to maximizing any nitrate-based product. This is why we recommend that you start with 3 capsules (2 for those under 140 pounds) of Yok3d on workout days only and go from there. We provide a dosing chart on each label for a guide, but it's just a guide, you have to find what works best for you. Take too much or too often and you won't like the results. Gone are the days of having to take a Nitric Oxide enhancing pill multiple times per day or even every day for that matter. If you were to do that with Yok3d, you could become TOO vasodilated…that's how strong it is.
Don't Waste Your Nitrates
Don't cheat yourself and waste your money by following incorrect dosing guidelines. Instead of making random guesses as to when you should consume a serving of Yok3d, we have used published kinetic data on nitrates to determine our dosing for Yok3d. You see, if you consume a serving of nitrates and then begin working out only 15-45 minutes later, you're wasting a great deal of the product's efficacy.
Studies have shown that nitrate levels begin to increase as early as 10 minutes after ingestion and they generally peak anywhere from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours and in some cases, the peak may take even longer to occur. Yet, it would be a MAJOR mistake to time the dose based upon nitrate concentrations alone because the activity (i.e., increased Nitric Oxide) that we're after is actually directly derived from nitrite, the reduced product of nitrate. In effect, you want nitrate levels to be highest when you're working out as nitrite is first in line for conversion to N.O.
Looking at the studies which have evaluated nitrite levels after nitrate administration, we find that N.O. doesn't begin to increase substantially over that of baseline values until 1-2 hours post-administration where levels reach a peak between 2-3 hours after administration. Simply put, you've got to allow your body time to "unlock" this incredible, highly complex metabolic cascade so it can work to your advantage!
It is no coincidence that indicators of vasodilation and certain performance markers aren't significantly affected until at least 60-90 minutes post administration and don't reach a peak until the 2 hours or greater mark.
BOTTOM LINE: Don't take nitrates at the same time as your pre-workout, take them before!
Remember, timing & dose is critical when dealing with nitrates – you need to give it time to work in the body.
When taking Yok3d, skip the Antibacterial Mouthwash (unless otherwise directed by a physician). The metabolism of nitrate to nitrite is pretty interesting. After ingestion of nitrate, a portion of the nitrate makes its way back up to the mouth and that is where a large majority of nitrite formation occurs (i.e., right there in the mouth by the good bacteria that are able to reduce the nitrate to nitrite). This hypothesis has been studied by having people take nitrate and then an hour later, they tell them they can no longer swallow and they must constantly spit out the saliva that accumulates in their mouth. When this was done, nitrite levels hardly rose at all. But, when they returned to normal swallowing, nitrite levels then began increasing again.
So, a more recent study aimed to test the hypothesis more directly…
They decided to see if by killing the bacteria in the mouth, if that would prevent most of the nitrate from being converted to nitrite and sure enough when they gave them the chlorhexidine about 15 minutes before giving them the nitrate, nitrite levels didn't rise anywhere near those seen with people that didn't get the mouthwash, effectively stopping the Nitrate-Nitrite-N.O. Pathway dead in its tracks.
Be sure to read all directions & warning before consuming Yok3d & do not combine with any additional nitrates or erectile dysfunction medication.
