One serving consists of 4 tablets and provides the following ingredients:
FadogiaPure® Fadogia Agrestris 20:1 Extract – 1,200 mg – This branded ingredient is an African shrub with traditional use as an aphrodisiac. Fadogia is becoming a popular ingredient among bodybuilders and powerlifters. That’s thanks to various podcasts, such as More Dates More Plates. Studies have shown that Fadogia can increase levels of total and free testosterone in the blood within 5 days of beginning use.
This is critical because it’s free testosterone which is the amount of testosterone available to stimulate muscle growth. As we have noted in other editions of Supplement Spotlight, only 2-4% of total testosterone becomes free, or available. That’s not a lot, so we need to make the most of it.
The testosterone-boosting capabilities of FadogiaPure® Fadogia are because of its saponin content. Saponins are compounds found in numerous plants. They have several health benefits. One of these benefits is the ability to increase testosterone. There are two ways they work: they increase luteinizing hormone as well as block enzymes that convert testosterone into other compounds. TK100®Tongkat Ali (Eurycoma longifolia 100:1 Extract) – 400 mg – Tongkat Ali is a plant that originates in Southeast Asia.
