How Do I Use It?

Since Turkesterone stimulates protein synthesis, Hi-Tech Turkesterone 650™ should be taken with a high protein meal. A good choice is the post workout meal. It can also be taken with a protein shake or smoothie. Hi-Tech suggests 1 tablet per day, yet states not to exceed 4 a day.
