As a nutritional supplement, drink 1 scoop mixed with 4-5 oz cold water on an empty stomach 15-30 minutes before breakfast for your first two (2) days to determine tolerance. One scoop with 4-5 oz cold water can be taken 5-6 hours later. Starting on day 3, use 2 scoops in the morning. DO NOT CONSUME MORE THAN 3 SCOOPS IN ANY 24 HOUR PERIOD. USE ONLY FOR 8 WEEKS FOLLOWED BY A 4 WEEK BREAK. Drink at least 124 Fl. Oz. of water per day for men and 91 Fl. Oz. of water per day for women while using this product. Do not, under any circumstances, consume more than the initial dose or ignore the warnings listed on the bottle.
