Directions:

Take 1-2 Tablets in the morning and 1 tablet at lunch each day. Do not exceed 3 tablets in a 24 hour period. To assess tolerance start with 1/2 Tablet in the morning and 1/2 Tablet at lunch.

Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals recommends that you first access your tolerance by taking 1 tablet with food per day. Once tolerance is accessed take 1-2 tablets in the morning before breakfast and an additional tablet after lunch. Do not exceed more than 4 tablets per day.
