To use: Determine tolerance by mixing ½ scoop with 8oz. cold water and consuming 40 minutes before your workout. Once tolerance has been determined, you can use 1 scoop, to be consumed immediately before your workout on an empty stomach. On off days, mix ½ scoop with 8oz. cold water and consume mid-morning on an empty stomach. You will feel results from day one but the best results occur after day 15 and continue to improve. Use Mesomorph for an 8-10 week on cycle, followed by an 8-10 week off-cycle. Mesomorph contains Beta-Alanine, which causes a tingling sensation. This sensation will pass with use.
