Our collagen peptides contain hydrolyzed type I and type III collagen, the main forms of collagen found in skin and hair. Being a hydrolyzed product, our collagen peptides dissolve readily in hot or cold liquids (after some shaking), and have a neutral taste. Can be mixed with anything!
While there are many studies on collagen peptides, we went with a standard 10g serving size, and combined it with natural Vitamin C.
100% DV Vitamin C
Vitamin C is an essential part of collagen synthesis. If you are getting enough vitamin C then you are good to go -- but we wanted to be sure everyone taking our collagen peptides was reaching at least the 100% daily value mark. So we included it! Straight from a acerola juice.
Directions: Mix 1 scoop with 8 oz water or your favorite beverage. Shake well.
