It’s time for a delicious Peppermint Mocha Proffee – after all, it’s Christmas Time! It sure came fast, it feels like it was just a super-hot July. Soon, we’ll be seeing snow, if not already, and colder temps. This is a hot beverage recipe that’s perfect for this time of year. But, there’s some hardcore iced coffee drinkers out there, and this drink can be turned into a cold beverage by just adding some ice. Either way, it’s time to hit the kitchen and make one up!
List Of Ingredients
- A Coffee Pot.
- The I’ll Pump You Up Ice Shaker. You can use your Blender, but you’ll want to cool the coffee a little before pouring it in. I suggest getting yourself the Ice Shaker. It will keep your hot drink hot for as long as 12 hours, or your cold drink cold for as long as 30 hours!
- 6 oz Brewed Coffee. The brand and strength is your choice.
- 4 oz Fairlife Fat Free Ultra Filtered Milk.
- 1 Scoop Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey, I suggest Vanilla Ice Cream flavor, but feel free to use Extreme Chocolate or Double Rich Chocolate for a rich Peppermint Mocha Proffee experience!
- 1 Serving (15 grams) Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup, sugar-free.
- 1Tbsp Cool Whip, sugar-free.

Recipe Directions
- Brew your coffee.
- Once it’s done, pour into your Ice Shaker. Using a blender? Drop in 3-5 ice cubes to cool it down.
- Add your Fairlife milk, Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey protein, sugar-free Chocolate Syrup, and your Peppermint Extract, and shake vigorously for 20-30 seconds. Feel free to use 2 servings of Hershey’s chocolate syrup.
- For an Iced Beverage, add up to 1 cup of ice.
- Using a Blender? You may need to zap your finished drink a little if you prefer a Hot Beverage.
- Garnish with Cool Whip.

Variations
- You can use almond milk or any milk alternative as desired, but remember it will change your macronutrient profile.
- If you’re not a Cool Whip fan, you can use Whipped Cream or even ice cream. Just remember it will change your macros profile.
- Of course, you can use any type of coffee you like, flavored, regular, as strong or as weak as you prefer. I would not, however, suggest instant coffee if you want the best tasting Peppermint Mocha Proffee possible.
