Let’s Look At The Ingredients

There are 30 servings per container, with 1 scoop (1 scoop = 1 serving) providing the following.
BCAAs (2:1:1 Ratio)(fermented) – 6 Grams
The BCAAs in this product are fermented. What does that mean? It means it’s a higher quality vegan source of the BCAAs, instead of coming from gross stuff like duck feathers. The BCAAs are then manufactured through fermentation, a common food industry and pharmaceutical manufacturing process.
L-Leucine (HPLC) – 3 Grams
L-leucine makes up roughly 8% of your body’s total content of amino acids. Plus, it is among the most concentrated of any amino acid in your muscles. Further, and most importantly leucine is the amino acid that is responsible for the stimulation of protein synthesis. In case you don’t know, that’s the biological process that is a direct trigger of muscle growth.

L-Valine (HPLC) – 1.5 Grams
This is the last of the three BCAAs. It supports protein synthesis of course, and helps regulate energy production. A point needs to be made when it’s mentioned that an individual amino acid or protein is (amino’s are the primary components of protein) related to energy production. It needs to be understood that protein is only used for energy in the absence of carbs and fats. Unlike certain TV ads, you will not see “more energy in two weeks) by increasing your protein intake. L-Lysine HCl (HPLC) – 850 mg
As noted, all the EAAs support protein synthesis, and lysine is no exception. It also helps slow fatigue, ease anxiety and supports the absorption of calcium. In addition, lysine is a popular natural remedy for cold sores. (6)
L-Threonine (HPLC) – 850 mg
Threonine helps the body absorb protein and maintain protein balance. It also supports collagen and elastin function. Finally, it supports fat metabolism. (7)
DL-Phenylalanine (HPLC) – 300 mg
This EAA supports muscular contractions. This is, of course, critical for intense workouts. It also promotes enhanced motivation, a more positive mood, and enhanced concentration, especially in the “DL” configuration. (7)
L-Histidine HCl (HPLC) – 100 mg
This amino acid plays a role in the production of the neurotransmitter histamine. In addition, it aids immune function and digestion. (7)
L-Tryptophan (HPLC) – 75 mg
Here’s an amino acid that is commonly used to improve the quality of sleep. It does this by relieving stress and anxiety. It also helps the body maintain a positive nitrogen balance. (7)
DL-Methionine (HPLC) – 25 mg
This amino acid that promotes the metabolism of fat, supports digestion, and functions as an antioxidant.
Taurine (HPLC) – 1,200 mg
Taurine is an amino sulfonic acid that’s found in the muscles, heart, brain, and eyes. It’s commonly used in energy drinks for its cognitive benefits. In addition, it is also an osmolyte, which means it pulls water into the muscles creating water-based pumps. (8, 9, 10)
L-Alanine (HPLC) – 600 mg
This is a non-essential amino acid that, in the absence of carbohydrates, can be used as an energy source for the muscles, brain, and the central nervous system. This happens because the liver can convert alanine as needed into glucose for muscle fuel, including during exercise. Again, I want to emphasize that protein is not used as a source of energy for the body except in the absence of both carbs and fat. (11)
CocoPure™ (coconut water powder) – 500 mg
This branded ingredient promotes hydration and is a good source of vitamins as well as the electrolyte minerals.
AstraGin™ (Astragalus membranaceous (root), Panax notoginseng (root) – 50 mg

What Does HPLC Mean?
HPLC stands for High-Performance Liquid Chromatography. It’s an analytical technique that is used by manufacturers as well as regulators to test a supplement for quality, accuracy, and safety.
