Raspberry Protein Muffins Recipe Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all your dry ingredients using an electric mixing bowl. You could hand mix it, but why? Use the mixer, it’s much easier.
- Add all wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.
- After it’s mixed, chop your raspberries into smaller chunks and gently fold them into your mixture using a spatula.
- Fill your cupcake cups with your mixture to about ¾ full, and put them in the oven for 24 minutes. Check occasionally. Stick a toothpick in the middle, if it comes out clean, they are done.
- Makes 16 muffins. Let cool for 5-10 minutes, then grab a couple of these delicious muffins and enjoy!

Variations
- When chopping up your raspberries, you can make them as small or as large as you want.
- You can replace the raspberries with your favorite fruit as desired. Or, add in a mixture of berries. For example, use ⅓ cup raspberries, ⅓ cup strawberries and ⅓ cup blueberries.
