Sensational Protein Parfait!
How does a delicious Protein Parfait sound for breakfast or an anytime snack? Sounds really good, doesn’t it? This is a delicious, easy to make Parfait that only has 4 ingredients. That’s right, just 4! What are these ingredients? It starts with Greek yogurt and fresh strawberries. We also use granola and of course a quality protein powder (and I picked a great one). I don’t know about you but I’m hungry, so let’s make this Sensational Protein Parfait!
List Of Ingredients
- A 12 – 16 ounce glass.
- A Small mixing bowl.
- A Wire whisk.
- 2 Single-Serving 5.3 oz Cups of Two Good Yogurt, Vanilla.
- ¼ Cup Fresh Strawberries.
- ⅓ Cup Wegman’s Grain Free Granola.
- 1 Scoop Hi-Tech Precision Protein, Strawberry Ice Cream flavor.

Protein Parfait Recipe Directions
- Rinse, cut off the tops, then cut your strawberries into quarters.
- Mix 2 single-serving 5.3 ounce Two Good Greek Yogurts and 1 scoop Hi-Tech Precision Protein using a wire whisk and a small mixing bowl.
- Pour or spoon about ⅓ of the yogurt/protein powder mixture into the bottom of your glass.
- Add about 1/2 of your fresh strawberries and ½ of your Grain Free Granola.
- Add one more layer of your Two Good Greek yogurt, using about ½ of the remaining yogurt/protein powder mixture.
- Add half of your remaining strawberries and all of your remaining Grain Free Granola.
- Add the final layer of Two Good Greek yogurt.
- Top with your remaining strawberries.
- Sit down to this mouthwatering meal and enjoy!

Variations
- You can use any flavor of Hi-Tech Precision Protein you like. I chose the Strawberry Ice Cream flavor to complement the fresh strawberries.
- You can add in more fruit, or replace the strawberries with your own favorite fruit.
- Feel free to use more (or less) granola. You can also use a different kind of granola but be aware of the changes that will make to your macronutrient totals.
- This is a fairly low carb Protein Parfait. You can add carbs by using regular granola as noted above. Or, you can add a banana. I would suggest doing that if you’re currently on a lean bulk, or if you want to use this as a post-workout meal.
- If you’re trying to stay lean, I would suggest leaving the recipe as is.
